International UI GreenMetric Sustainable University Results Announced
The UI Green Metric University Sustainability Rating, which evaluates and compares sustainability efforts on university campuses worldwide, has been concluded.
The 2024 data of the Green University Index Platform, which was established in 2010 and rated the sustainability performance of participating universities every year, revealed the success of Turkish universities at the international level.
Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University (MSKÜ) also entered the top 500 Turkish universities.
While the Green University Index included 1477 universities worldwide in the ranking in 2024, 118 Turkish universities found a place on the list.
In this context, Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University ranked 307th in the ranking with a total of 7555 points, an increase of 170 points compared to the previous year.
