APPLICATION FOR INTERNATIONAL PROJECT TRAINING ACTIVITIES
The
GRFA – Guiding Race For All project will be implemented between
2025–2026 in cooperation with NGOs from
Greece, Croatia, Romania, and Türkiye.
In the guidebook, experiences will be shared through
orienteering-based, community-oriented sports activities. This is
not a competition — it will mainly include awareness-raising activities and may involve small-scale friendly challenges.
As the
Turkish project partner, we will focus on
Bicycle Orienteering events.
For the
training activity taking place between May 3–8, 2025,
four participants will be supported.
Upon their return, participants are expected to organize
at least two bicycle orienteering events with
a minimum of 25 participants each. These activities aim to promote
daily physical activity,
encourage cycling, and
foster inclusion for individuals with disabilities. Participants will also be asked to
record 3–4 stories reflecting their experiences.
Accommodation, meals, and
travel support up to 275 Euros will be provided for selected participants.
Please prepare a preliminary
event plan—specifying
where and what kind of activities you can organize and
how you plan to share the outcomes.
At least
two events should be planned during
MOVE Week and the
European Mobility Week (EMW).
It is important that you foresee
collaboration with relevant institutions in your city.
