Green Campus's New Series "EcoDialogue" Successfully Held
Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Sustainable Green Campus Coordination Office successfully held the inaugural meeting of its new webinar series, EcoDialogue, on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
The series, launched under the motto "Small Steps, Big Impacts!", hosted Dr. Aylin Taşkaya as the speaker for its first event. Dr. Taşkaya delivered a valuable presentation on "Sustainable Approaches in Seafood Safety," aligning perfectly with the campus's sustainability focus.
The online webinar provided participants with new insights and sustainable methodologies on crucial topics such as seafood processing technologies, shelf life, antimicrobial activity, and natural antioxidants.
The event, organized by Lec. İlknur Alpak from our Coordination Office, received strong interest from academics and students, making a significant contribution to the goal of raising sustainability awareness on campus.
